The décor pays homage to Elvis, reflecting rock 'n' roll charm at every corner, which brings a unique vibe to the hotel. The evening entertainment, including live music and movie nights, along with a fun peanut butter and jelly sandwich bar, makes for memorable experiences.
Housekeeping fell short, with used towels left in the bathroom from previous guests, which is a bit of a letdown for what you pay. cleanliness could be improved as I noticed some dirt in corners and hair under the vanity; not the standard I'd expect. There were some hiccups with room service timing; I waited over an hour for towels and never got the additional water ordered.

will be returning here soon
Rooms were spacious with views of the nice courtyard. Enjoyed the live music every night which created a fun atmosphere. The free peanut butter and jelly sandwich bar was a cool and nostalgic touch. Spa facilities were alright but could use some improvement for the price, not much for snacks. Shuttle service to Graceland made it super easy to visit. Overall it's cozy but food could've been better with limited options.

Housekeeping could definitely use a thorough review!!! The public areas lacked attention, and the disorganization at the front desk was frustrating at best!!! It would really benefit from better maintenance and clearer guest guidelines!!!

The design of the building perfectly complements Graceland, making it a charming place to stay for fans. The food on-site was quite good, especially the unique peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. However, I found the carpets in need of a good cleaning and the breakfast buffet pricey for what was offered. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I appreciated the friendly service throughout my stay.

The parking fees are just outrageous!!! !!! It feels like a nickel-and-dime scheme!!! More maintenance is needed on public areas and amenities, especially keeping things clean and in good repair!!!

Exceptional Staff and Unique Decor
I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying the Elvis-themed ambiance that truly resonated with the spirit of Memphis. The rooms were spacious and offered a lovely view of the courtyard, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary peanut butter and jelly sandwich bar was a delightful late-night treat, and live entertainment in the evenings added a special touch to our visit. However, the dinner service could use some improvement as it felt a bit chaotic during peak hours.

The ambiance of the hotel feels luxurious, with stunning decor that reflects its music heritage. However, I encountered slow service and staff that seemed indifferent at times. Great for families who enjoy themed stays, but improvements in staff training could enhance the experience.
